Project Engineer
Job Duties
Assure compliance with contract documents. Monitor costs and project progress. Review plans and technical documents. Create, manage, and track RFIs. Maintain and update project records. Manage submittals from subcontractors to AIE. Coordinate work with site crews, departments, and subcontractors. Assist in creating and distributing the project schedule. Conduct and document weekly project owner meetings. Conduct regular progress meetings with management and the client. Manage, create, and negotiate change orders. Assist with project closeout. Assist with subcontractor billings and pay applications. Assist the Project Manager with assigned tasks. Resolve conflicts between owner, contractor, and subcontractor. Required Tools and Technologies: Bluebeam, Revit Autodesk, AutoCAD, MS Project, e-Builder, NX Siemens.
Requirements
Bachelors’ Degree in Civil Engineering or Equivalent + 2 years of Experience in job offered or related. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
